أولًا: الشروط والأحكام باللغة العربية

1. مقدمة

مرحبًا بك في VELORA (فيلورا)، متجر إلكتروني يقدم مجموعة متنوعة من المنتجات، تشمل منتجات المرأة والجمال، والأطفال، والرجال، والمنزل والمطبخ، والإلكترونيات، والإكسسوارات، والهدايا، وغيرها من المنتجات الاستهلاكية.

تنظم هذه الشروط والأحكام استخدام الموقع والشراء من خلاله. ويُرجى قراءتها قبل إتمام أي عملية شراء.

يخضع استخدام المتجر والطلبات للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.

3. المنتجات والمعلومات

نسعى إلى عرض أوصاف وصور وأسعار دقيقة للمنتجات.

قد تختلف الألوان أو المظاهر اختلافًا بسيطًا بحسب إعدادات الشاشة والتصوير.

يُوضح وصف كل منتج خصائصه الأساسية وخياراته المتاحة، وأي متطلبات استخدام أو معلومات ضمان ذات صلة.

وفي حال وجود اختلاف جوهري بين المنتج المستلم والوصف المعلن، يحتفظ العميل بحقوقه النظامية.

4. الأسعار والدفع

تُعرض الأسعار بالريال السعودي (SAR).

تُوضح الضرائب المطبقة ورسوم الشحن وأي تكاليف إضافية قبل إتمام عملية الشراء، وفقًا للمتطلبات النظامية.

تتم عمليات الدفع من خلال وسائل الدفع المتاحة عند إتمام الطلب.

إذا تبين وجود خطأ مؤثر في السعر أو توفر المنتج، فسيتم التواصل مع العميل لمعالجة الطلب بصورة نظامية، دون الإخلال بالعقود المبرمة أو حقوق المستهلك.

5. الطلبات وتأكيد الشراء

عند إتمام الطلب، يتلقى العميل تأكيدًا يتضمن تفاصيل الشراء عبر وسيلة التواصل المقدمة.

قد تتطلب بعض الطلبات مراجعة إضافية للتحقق من بيانات الدفع أو التوصيل أو توفر المنتج.

لا يجوز إلغاء الطلب أو تعديله بصورة تخالف الحقوق النظامية للمستهلك بعد إبرام العقد.

6. الشحن والتوصيل

نعمل مع مزودي خدمات الشحن والتجهيز وموردين خارجيين لتنفيذ الطلبات.

قد يتم شحن المنتجات من مواقع مختلفة حسب طبيعة المنتجات والمورد.

تُعرض معلومات ورسوم التوصيل المتاحة قبل إتمام الشراء، مع توضيح المدد التقديرية أو مواعيد التسليم وفق ما يتوفر من معلومات مؤكدة.

عند حدوث تأخير يؤثر على التسليم، سنعمل على إبلاغ العميل ومتابعة الطلب.

يحتفظ العميل بحقوقه النظامية بشأن التأخير أو عدم التسليم وفق نظام التجارة الإلكترونية السعودي.

7. الاسترجاع والاسترداد

تخضع طلبات الاسترجاع والاستبدال واسترداد المبالغ لسياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد المنشورة في المتجر وللأنظمة السعودية.

يحق للمستهلك ممارسة حقوقه النظامية فيما يتعلق بالمنتجات المعيبة أو غير المطابقة، وبالعدول عن الشراء في الحالات المشمولة نظامًا.

ولا يُفسر أي استثناء وارد في سياسات المتجر على أنه إلغاء لحق مقرر للمستهلك بموجب النظام.

8. الضمانات

تخضع المنتجات التي تشملها ضمانات نظامية أو تجارية لشروط الضمان المعلنة والأنظمة ذات العلاقة.

تُوضح تفاصيل الضمان ومدته وجهة تقديمه حيثما ينطبق ذلك.

ولا تحد شروط ضمان المورد أو الشركة المصنعة من حقوق المستهلك التي يقررها النظام.

9. حسابات العملاء

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية المحافظة على سرية بيانات الدخول الخاصة بحسابه وعدم مشاركتها مع الآخرين.

يرجى تقديم بيانات صحيحة ومحدثة عند تسجيل الحساب أو إتمام الطلب، بما يسمح بتنفيذ الطلب والتواصل مع العميل.

يمكن للعميل التواصل مع خدمة العملاء عند الاشتباه باستخدام غير مصرح به لحسابه.

10. الاستخدام المسموح للموقع

يُحظر استخدام الموقع لأغراض احتيالية أو غير مشروعة، أو محاولة اختراق أنظمته، أو إساءة استخدام وسائل الدفع أو الحسابات أو العروض الترويجية.

يجوز للمتجر اتخاذ إجراءات مناسبة لمعالجة الاستخدام المخالف، وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها ودون الإخلال بحقوق المستخدمين.

11. الملكية الفكرية

لا يجوز نسخ أو استغلال المحتوى المحمي تجاريًا دون الحصول على التصاريح اللازمة، إلا في الحالات التي يسمح بها النظام.

12. حماية البيانات والخصوصية
